Answer: We have been in business since 1993.
Question: What is your client base?
Answer: We are well established in the upstate apartment communities. We offer full service including residential and light commercial equipment change out, as well as ductwork and new construction.
Question: Are you licensed and insured?
Answer: We are a South Carolina State Licensed Mechanical Contractor; Certificate #CLM12221 Air Conditioning, Bid category II. We are in good standing with the Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation. We carry Worker’s Compensation, General Liability and Liability Insurance on all service vehicles.
Question: What type of equipment does your company retail and service?
Answer: We service all brands, and can handle parts’ warranties of other contractor’s equipment. We retail Heil and Maratherm equipment as our first line which is a subsidiary of United Technologies, the parent of Carrier Corporation. We also commonly retail Trane, Goodman, Solair, Fujitsu, and Gree. Upon special request we can get retail other equipment.
Question: How long do you typically warranty installed equipment?
Answer: We offer three years from startup bumper to bumper including all parts and labor on newly installed equipment. In addition to our direct warranty, most of our equipment has five years on major components, extendable to ten years with registration.
